“Thinking back to the beginning of last school year, I remember feeling overwhelmed and anxious about purchasing and distributing books in the fall.
It all starts with getting all the correct information from the teachers about their department’s books. Then, I had to get a hold of the book publishers for quotes, get purchase orders filled out and signed by the administration, and email them back to the publishers’ reps. Then, having to wait for the order to be processed or for the reps to respond to you. This does not even include the distribution of the books, maintaining any of the portals for the different publishers, or troubleshooting student and teacher issues. On top of creating or editing a concept map for students to reference in case they do not remember their login credentials for these different books.
JC Learning made this whole process so much more manageable this year. I am pleased that my students and teachers only have to go to one app or website to access their school books and accounts with just one login.
Customer service is where JCLearning shines. They are one of the best companies to work with. They are very responsive to emails and go above and beyond the call of duty to resolve any issues you may be experiencing. If an issue needs more time, they will communicate with you and keep you aware of what is going on with your issue.
I highly recommend JCLearning to schools that have chosen an all-digital book format.
